Cardinal Mooney is a private Catholic high school accredited by the Ohio State Department of Education and the Ohio Catholic School Accrediting Association. Cardinal Mooney is a four year coeducational high school with grades 9 thru 12. Cardinal Mooney has maintained a tradition of academic, extra-curricular and spiritual excellence since its inception in 1956.

Community: Youngstown Ohio is in the northeast section of the state and has a population of approximately 96,000. It is a city of diversified business, manufacturing and professionals. Cardinal Mooney is located on the south side of Youngstown and the students come from all socio-economic backgrounds.
